STRETCH: Techniques by Rhonda D'Amour

Former top model, Canadian Rhonda D'Amour has developed a technique of stretching that allows the muscles to relax and stretch with ease. Stretching is the absolute basis of physical health and fitness on every level, from ancient practices like Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation and other Martial Arts to Swimming, Aerobics and any form of sport we play. We all understand how crucial stretching is to our performance and recovery. 






Stretch Healer Rhonda D'Amour applies her specific technique to aiding in the rehabilitation of the body after serious trauma. Rhonda specializes in treating clients suffering from Parkinson's disease, severe physical trauma from vehicular accidents and other post traumatic injuries. 
Although a large portion of the clients are recovering from extreme circumstances, techniques are also taught to athletes, coaches and doctors. Rhonda teaches how to practice basic stretch programs that will increase overall strength and increase blood circulation throughout the whole body.
No need to attend a class every time you want to stretch, after you are taught the techniques, you can begin to practice at home immediately following the first session.
